Obituary of Carol Tome

TOME Carol (nee McGregor) Passed away unexpectedly at her home, on Tuesday July 30, 2013 at the age of 75 years. Beloved wife of Louis "Lou" Tome. Dear mother of Lee Tome and wife Lisa; and Larry Tome and Diane, all of Windsor. Dear Grandmother of Lindsay Nhan and husband Brian, Mitchell Tome; and Dylan, Lauren and Logan Tome. Dear sister of Marilyn Whited and husband Ed; Pat Cecile and husband Rene; Darlena McGregor & Jerry, all of Windsor, the late Don McGregor and surviving wife Patty, of Windsor; and the late Donna Thibert and Joanne McGregor. Carol had volunteered at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital for more than 30 years. The family would like to acknowledge the care and compassion of Dr. Steven Berecz, as well as Dr. Robert Wilson. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519.253.7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd., East on Thursday August 1, 2013 from 7-9 pm, and on Friday August 2, 2013 from 2-5 & 7-9 pm. Prayers Friday at 8 pm. The family will receive friends on Saturday August 3, 2013 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church (834 Raymo Rd., at Wyandotte St., East) for visitation from 10:30 am, until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 am.
