Souchuk, Terry Charles Passed away on July 4, 2013 at the age of 58 years. Dear partner to the late Rachelle Dubois (2011) Beloved father of Matthew (Jasmine), and Brian (Sharon) Souchuk. Dear brother to Patricia, Sandy and Marilyn. Will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Carson, Everett, and Brandon, and nieces, nephews and cousins. Terry retired from Ford Motor Company after 30 years of service. Memorial visitation will be held at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd.
