Obituary of Imelda Marie Antoinette Drouillard

DROUILLARD, Imelda (nee Laporte) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our dear Mother and M"m", on Friday, May 10, 2013 at the age of 85 years. Reunited with the love of her life Ted (2005),husband of 56 years. Cherished mother of Rose Hebert, Linda Drouillard (Terry) and Denise Drouillard. Adored m"m" of Christopher and Bradley Drouillard, Chelsea Hebert and Emma Pare. Loving sister of Edmond (Maureen) Laporte and sister-in-law of Catherine, Rose and Donna Laporte. Predeceased by her parents Alcide and Lucille Laporte, brothers Rosaire, Aur"le (Lena), R"al, and Denis Laporte and sisters Yvonne (Phil) Dallaire, Cecile (Al) Matchett and Bernadette (Paul) Tremblay. She will be sadly missed by sister-in-law Fran Masse, many nieces and nephews on both the Laporte and Drouillard side, and many wonderful friends. Imelda was a devout member of the C.W.L., an avid knitter and card player. She truly enjoyed her new friends at the Summit House over the last few years, and spoke fondly of coffee hour, cards and crafts.
