Obituary of Jerald Brett

BRETT, Jerald "Jerry" Passed away suddenly on February 4, 2013 at the age of 67 years. Devoted husband of Michelle (nee Desjarlais). Beloved father of Joelle Deslippe, Denise Brett (Liorkis) and Jennifer Beaubien (David). Cherished grandfather of Holly, Blake and Olivia. Loving brother of late Frances Knipe, Patricia Croft (late Donald), late Edward Brett (late Marguerite), late Wilbur Brett (Judy), late Cecillia Begley, Doug Brett (Carol), Richard Brett (Michelle) and Robert Brett (Joanne). Predeceased by his parents Douglas (Jack) and Dora Brett. Dear son in law of Carol and the late Floyd Desjarlais. Dear Brother in law of Fay MacDonald (Bill), Lorraine Desjarlais, Darryl Desjarlais( Lynne), Art Desjarlais (Ann- Marie) and Christine Desjarlais (Larry Girard). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Jerry worked for the City of Windsor and was a volunteer with the Children's Aid Society for over 30 years. Jerry touched the lives of many with his kind heart and gentle soul. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. at Banwell Rd. on Thursday February 7, 2013 from 12-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday February 8, 2013 at 11:00 am in the Chapel. Cremation to follow.
