Obituary of Margaret Eileen Kulchycki

Passed away peacefully in London in her 92nd year on January 2, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Roman Kulchychki (2000). Much loved mother of Nancy (Rob) and Bill (late Kim). Proud grandmother of Stephen, Irina (Gary), Allison (Claudia), Ashley (John), Casey (Sammy) and great-grandmother of Isabella. Survived by brothers John, Jim and sister-in-law Helen Humeniuk. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Margaret was born in Czechoslovakia and immigrated to Canada in 1938, settling in Geraldton and eventually to Windsor, Ontario. She was a determined person and never afraid of hard work. She held numerous positions supervising others highlighting the role as a leader. She was an active member of St. Michael’s Greek Catholic Church, volunteered at Met Hospital and was a long-time member of the YMCA. Though the past few years were challenging in many ways, Margaret always had a smile for everyone that she met. We will all miss that. We would like to thank the staff at Arbor Trace Memory Care Centre in London for their kindness and care these past 4 and a half years. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave. 519-253-7234 on Sunday, January 5, 2020 from 7-9pm. Visitation will continue on Monday, January 6, 2020 from 10am until time of Chapel service at 11am. Private interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, enjoy some company and take a friend for lunch.
