Obituary of Domenico Barbuzzi

BARBUZZI, Domenico Passed away peacefully on November 2, 2012 surrounded by his loving family. Devoted husband of 48 years to wife, Anna. Loving father of Michele and wife Cindy, Teresa and husband Joseph Piskovic and Paola and fianc" Kevin Brady. Caro Nonno of Alessandria, Anastasia, Michela, Adrian and Elena. Predeceased by his parents Michele and Teresa Barbuzzi. Dear brother of Antonio, Nina, and Maria, all of Potenza, Italy. Domenico"s greatest joy was his family, for which he will always be cherished. He was a retired skilled tradesman of the Ford Motor Company, a member of the Giovanni Caboto Club and an avid Inter Milan soccer fan. He will be sadly missed by the members of his Erie Street Coffee Club. Special thanks to the doctors and nursing staff of the 6th floor of Windsor Regional Hospital, Met Campus. Visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel), 519-253-7234, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. at Banwell Rd. on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm with prayers taking place on Tuesday at 7:30 pm. Funeral service on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 9:15am from the Banwell Chapel then to Our Lady of the Atonement Church, (2940 Forest Glade Drive) for funeral mass at 10:00am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
