Obituary of Dennis Coulter
After a lengthy illness passed away on May 27, 2020 with his wife by his side. Loving husband to Lorna (nee MacInnis). Father of the late Tanya (May 22, 2020), the late B.J. (2012), and the late Dennis Jr. Survived by his daughters Crystal, Melissa, and Tiffany. Dear Father-in-law of Steve Konrad and Michelle Scott. Special grandpa to Destiny, Dallas, Easton, Reese, Brady, Cassie, Carley, Braydon, Preston, and Tyler. Dear brother of Dolores Lessard, Joanne Gelinas, Patricia Krakana, and William Baker-Coulter. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. He will also be missed by David Walls and Rob Palumbo. Dennis retired from Ford Motor Company after 33 years of service and was a member of the Local 200. He was an avid golfer and sports enthusiast. He was always proud of his grandchildren's accomplishments and never missed a baseball game. Dennis enjoyed lunches and time spent with his two sisters Dolores and Joanne. At his request, cremation has taken place. Burial will be held at a later date. If you desire, donations made be made to Hospice of Windsor and Essex County. <strong> OBITUARY FOR MEMORIAL VISITATION </strong>
It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our cherished father, brother, son and husband on May 27, 2020. Dennis Coulter is predeceased by his father William Coulter (1999) and his honourary mother Betty Green (2011), his brother Richard Coulter. Survived by his wife Lorna Coulter. Beloved father of Crystal Palumbo, Melissa-Jo (Alex) Meyer, Tiffany Hayes, and predeceased by his children Dennis Coulter (1971), B.J. Coulter (2012) and Tanya Konrad (2020) (Steve). Adoring Grandfather of Cassie & Carly Palumbo, Tyler-David Meyer, Brayden Walls and Preston Hayes, Reese & Brady Konrad, Destiny, Dallas & Easton Coulter. Dennis spent his life ensuring a close bond with his brothers and sisters: Patricia (George) Krakana, Dolores (Bill) Lessard, Jo-Anne Gelinas and Bill (Shelly) Baker (Coulter). He enjoyed his breakfast get togethers with his siblings and talked about it often. He will be fondly remembered by Rob Palumbo and David Walls. Dennis will be deeply missed by all of his many nieces and nephews, friends, and extended family. Dennis started his career as a welder at Fabricated Steel than spent over 30 years at Ford, the longest at Essex Engine. He was an avid golfer and sports fanatic. Dad, we are extremely grateful to have gotten to spend these last days with you and Uncle Bill Baker. Though our hearts are breaking at your loss, we are grateful that you are no longer suffering. Not a day has gone by where you were not in our thoughts and hearts, you will be forever missed. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Monday, June 1st, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Reservations for a visitation appointment time can only be scheduled between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Please call Windsor Chapel Funeral Home 519-253-7234 to secure a designated time to pay your respects. Only those who have made a reservation will be received by the family on June 1, 2020. Please leave a memory, photo or condolence on the Tribute Wall for the family.
