OLEKSIK, Ernest "Ernie" Passed away peacefully June 22, 2012 at the age of 78 years. Beloved Husband and Best friend of 57 years to Mary (nee Boow). Loving and devoted Father of Nancy Lucchino & husband Tony and Bill Oleksik & wife Connie. Cherished Grandfather of Shannon & husband Charles Campbell, Ryan, John, Jordan, Jenna, Jessica, Jodi, Eric and Tyler. Ernie was a past member for many years at Essex Golf & Country Club. Memorial visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. at Banwell Rd. on Monday June 25, 2012 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Memorial visitation to continue on Tuesday June 26, 2012 from 10:00 am until memorial service at 11:00 am in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society Leukemia research on behalf of Ernies grand-daughter Jenna.
