Obituary of Margaret Muir

Passed away peacefully on January 1st, 2020 at the age of 93 years. Beloved wife of Frank with whom she shared 73 beautiful years of marriage. Loving mother of Glen (Linda), Don (Karen), Mark (Margaret) and late Gary (1955). Margaret leaves behind 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Steve Mihalco (Shirley), late Anne Lovecky and late Mary Summerfield. Sister in-law of Barbara Ciebin (Ron). She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Margaret was a long-time employee at Sears with over 24 years of dedicated service. She was also a CWL past president. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E., 519-253-7234 on Sunday, January 5th, 2020 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Parish prayers at 7:30pm. Friends and family are invited to the Funeral Mass which will be held at St. Theresa Catholic Church (1991 Norman Rd.) on Monday, January 6th, 2020 at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. In memory of Margaret, donations may be made to Transition to Betterness.
