Obituary of Bruno Joseph Instenberg
INSTENBERG, Bruno Joseph. 88 years. Passed away peacefully on January 19, 2012 at WRH, Met. Campus. Reunited with his beloved wife Elli (nee Guder) (2004). Loving Dad to Evelyn Instenberg, and Kim Smyth and husband Tim. Cherished Opa to Kaitlin Smyth and Brandon Smyth. Dear Brother to Albert Instenberg of Germany. Predeceased by parents Joseph and Mathilde (nee Wunder), sisters Johanna and Anne Liesa, and brothers Willi and Joseph. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Bruno was a retired department manager from the former Dominion Stores after 34 years of dedicated service. He was the former president of the Windsor Teutonia Choir and a member of the Teutonia Club. A heartfelt thank you to Deanna and Alita and the entire E.R. staff at WRH, Met. Campus for their compassionate care provided to our father. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. at Banwell Rd. on Monday, January 23, 2012 from 2 - 4 pm and 7 - 9 pm. Funeral Services on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 11 am in the Chapel. Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Windsor Regional Cancer Centre.
