Obituary of Samira Mourad

MOURAD, Samira (nee Mouamar) It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of the loving & devoted wife of Emile of 38 yrs of marriage on September 30, 2011. Cherished and dored mother of Mirna (Wes), Marc (Ruba) and Monique (Samir). Proud and loving grandmother to Taylor, Micayla, Nami, Michael, Marissa & Alex. Sister of Fr. Dimitri (Hayat), Moussa (Najah), Amal (Johnny), Farid (Marian), Sami (in Syria) and Souheil (Sana). Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by Farid, Laila and Fouad. She was the proud original owner of Sassy Scissors through which she developed life-long friendships. Samira"s family would like to thank the entire staff at Met Hospital in 4 West for all their loving care. Family and friends will be received at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East, Windsor on October 2nd & 3rd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Procession to begin from Windsor Chapel on Tuesday, October 4th at 10 a.m. to St. Ignatius Church, 1808 LaBelle St. for services at 11am. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial, Hwy 3. In lieu of flowers donations are appreciated.
