Obituary of Angeline Marie Papineau

PAPINEAU, Ang"line Marie (n"e Parent) Passed away peacefully on September 24, 2011 at the age of 97. Wife of the late R"al (2002). Daughter of the late Ferdinand and Eugenie Parent. Maman tr"s aim"e de, Josette LaBute (Ernie), Windsor, Michelle Papineau-Stoen (Richard), Surrey, B.C., Nicole Landell (Keith), Guelph, G"rard (Deb), Belle River and the late Rosalie (1955). Dear M"m" of Chase, Allison and Ryan Gouin and Amy and Colin Landell. Great grandmother of Shylah, Layne and Brendan Gouin. Sister to Omer Parent and wife Doris and the late Bernadette, G"rard, Sylvain, Adrien, Nil, Roland, Fernand, Marcel, Brother Lucien o.m.i., Ren", and Rosaire. Sister-in-law to Evelyn Parent, G"rald Papineau, Jackie Papineau, Mary Anne Jephson and the late Ren"e Parent, Marguerite Parent, Marie Parent, Madelaine Parent, Genevieve Parent, Beatrice Papineau-Goyeau, Ulyses Papineau, Villemaire Papineau and Roland Papineau. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Will be lovingly remembered by the Gaudette family. Ang"line was a retired teacher with the Windsor Essex Catholic School Board and a past member of, Dames de la F"d"ration (Jeanne Mance), Club d`Age D`Or, Jean-Paul ll, The K-Celles of Emeryville and The Stroke Recovery Assoc., Windsor-Essex. Ang"line`s family wish to thank the kind staff at Extendicare Tecumseh, (Lakewood). A special thank you to Sherri, Laura and Raquel for their gentle and loving care. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Road East, Wednesday September 28, 2011 7-9pm, and on Thursday from 2-5 & 7-9pm. Prayers Thursday at 7:30pm. Funeral Mass Friday September 30, 2011 at 10:00 am at St. Jerome Church (3739 Ypres Avenue-East of Central). Friends are requested to go directly to the church, as there will be no procession from the funeral home. Interment to follow at St. Alphonsus Cemetery. In honour of Ang"line's generous spirit, donations to the Stroke Recovery Association of Windsor-Essex would be greatly appreciated.
