Obituary of Dominic Felix Lyons

LYONS, Dominic Felix Passed away peacefully with his wife and children by his side on September 10, 2011. He is survived by his wife Joanne, predeceased by his wife Laura (1992). Loving father and step-father to Heather (Preston), Tom (Bonnie), Dave (Kim), Ron (Doreen), Eli, Mary Tavolieri (Tony), Joe, Curt (Annie), Pam (Chuck), Kathy (Don), Rick (Leza). Dear grandfather to 24 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Also survived by 4 sisters. Dominic loved his hunting and fishing and was a member of Windsor Sportsmans Club for many years. He retired from Dominion Forge after 46 years. Many thanks to the ICU staff at Met Hospital and the staff at Heron Terrace Nursing Home for your love and care during this difficult time. At Dominic's request cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Monday, September 12, 2011 from 7 - 9 p.m. A Memorial Service will take place on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 10 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
