Obituary of Anne Churchmack

CHURCHMACK, Anne .R.N. It is with heavy hearts that we express the passing of our beloved mother on August 4, 2011 at the age of 83 years . Reunited with her loving husband Allan ( 1984 ). Beloved & devoted mother of Monica Saccany & husband John - Bay Village , Ohio, Brian Churchmack & Lisa Wade - Windsor, ON, Allan Churchmack & wife Jayne - Wooster, Ohio and predeceased by daughter Karen Churchmack. Loving grandmother of Scott Traci - Lakewood Ohio, Karen Pomajevich & husband Eric - Columbus, Ohio, Lauren Churchmack, Daniel Churchmack - Windsor, ON, Timothy Churchmack ( Chicago ), Melissa Trzaska & husband Anthony - Columbus, Ohio, Joe Saccany Lakewood Ohio and Mitchell Ziman Windsor, ON. Dearest great grandmother of Emily & Bradley Pomajevich - Columbus Ohio. Beloved sister of the late Morris Mycan and survived by wife Alice - Etobicoke ON. Anne retired from Nursing after 42 years of dedicated service in Windsor & Cleveland, Ohio. She was also a long time member of the Church Choir & Ladies Auxillary at Good Shephard Parish ( St. Gregory Site ), in her spare time Anne volunteered at the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre and enjoyed being a member of the Red Hats Society. PLEASE NOTE: There will be no procession from the funeral home, everyone is requested to meet at the church for 12:15 PM. A private interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery ( Cleveland , Ohio ). In kindness memorial donations may be made to Good Shephard Parish ( Building Fund ) the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre or to Transition to Betterness ( envelopes available at the funeral home.)
