LORETO, Elsa Leonilda Passed away peacefully on July 25, 2011 at Malden Park Continuing Care at the age of 80 years. Beloved wife of the late Albano Deroia (2000). Cherished mother of Julia Sullivan and husband John, MaryJane Green and husband Robert and the late Gregory Loreto (1980). Loving nonna of Heather Wigle, Julie Wright and husband Bradley, Brandon Green and wife Cherie, and Stephanie Loreto. Dear bis-nonna of Melina, Alex, Ben, Julian, and Charlotte. Survived by sisters Arda Vadori and husband Lino, and Marilla Boratto and husband Amulio. Predeceased by her sister Clara Loreto and brother in law Gregory Loreto. Elsa will be sadly missed be many nieces and nephews. Many special thanks to Aunt Marilla and dear friend Bertha. She was a member of the Fogolar Furlan Women's Bocca and Shuffleboard Teams. She enjoyed many fishing trips with her husband. Elsa was a long time employee of Hotel Dieu Hospital. Thank you to the staff at the Devonshire Seniors Residence and also the staff at Malden Park Continuing Care for your care and compassion. At the family's request a private service was held.
