VanSlageren, Connie Ann October 19, 1960 - May 17, 2011 It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of our Mother, Grandmother, Daughter and Sister. Wonderful mother to Jason (Jayde), Daniel (Courtney), Joshua and Trevor. Loving Grandmother to Chase, Alaura, Sydney and Xavier. Loving daughter to William and Emmy DeJeu and sister to Lori (Doug), Wiersma, Sandy (Don) Thibert And Debbie (Paul) Moss. A cherished niece, aunt, cousin and friend to many. Connie was a warm, loving, giving individual who was loved by all. A special thank- you to all the staff at Heron Terrace.
