Obituary of Maria Bertozzi

Bertozzi, Maria (Nee Mediati) It is with overwhelming sadness that we announce the passing of the heart and soul of our family on May 12, 2011 at the age of 70 years. Dearly loved wife of 51 years of Vittorio. Cherished mother to Marcello, Mauro and wife Sue, and Piera and husband Isidor Cusumano. Cara Nonna of Silvano (Christi), Vittorio, Joseph, Robert, Adrianna, Vito and Maria. Dear daughter of the late Giuseppina (2010) and Giuseppe Mediati. Dearest sister of Giovanna Scali (late Antonio), Cristina Polito (late Rocco), late Vincenzo Mediati and Guiseppe Mediati ( Maria). Cara Zia of many nieces and nephews. Her greatest love was her family which she took great pride in taking care of. Maria was retired from Hotel Dieu Hospital after 27 years of service. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E.(corner of Banwell and Tecumseh) on Sunday May 15, 2011 from 2 to 5 pm and 7 to 9 pm. Prayers Sunday at 7:30 pm. Funeral services on Monday May 16, 2011 at 10 am from the funeral home then to St. Angela Merici Church for funeral mass at 11am.
