JUNE, Elizabeth "Betty" (nee Cooke) Passed away peacefully on December 16, 2010 at Extendicare, Southwood Lakes at the age of 96 years. Reunited with her beloved husband Albert (1990). Loving mother of Alice Clarke and late husband Herb, Merry Lou Trembley, Jim and wife Rachael, and Jack and late wife Kathy. Adored grandma to Rob, John, Mary Ann, Jimmy, the late Doug, David, Cheryl, Helena, Kelly, Stephanie, Sara, and Chris. Great grandma to 20 and great great grandma to 1. Survived by brother Doug Cooke and predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Betty will be missed by many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to caring staff of Extendicare, Southwood Lakes for the love, respect and compassion you showed our mother. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Sunday, December 19, 2010 from 2-5 and from 7-9 pm.
