Obituary of Milijan Petrovic

PETROVIC, Milijan. 72 years. It is with heavy hearts we announce the the peaceful passing of a loving Husband and Father on December 4, 2010 after a brief battle while surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of 48 years to Radinka (nee Gacanin). Devoted father to Vycki Rice and husband Roger. Predeceased by parents Dragoljub and Zivka Petrovic. Dear brother to 5 sisters in Serbia and predeceased by 1 sister and 2 brothers. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in Serbia. Milijan was a retired employee from Ford Motor Company and a member of CAW Local 200. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (BANWELL CHAPEL) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (corner Banwell & Tecumseh Rd.) on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 pm. A Celebration of Milijan's life and sharing of memories will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at 11 am in the Chapel. Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) would be appreciated by the family.
