Obituary of Cristina Ryan

RYAN- Cristina (Nee Pavia) August 17, 1969- September 7, 2010 After a courageous 3 year battle with cancer, Cristina passed away peacefully with her family by her side on September 7, 2010 at the age of 41. Loving wife of Scott for 17 cherished years. Loving mother of Evana, Evin, Amelia and Aden. Dear youngest daughter of Frank and Angela Pavia. Dear sister of the late Romana Korenic (2002), Loreta and brother-in-law Greg Walker, Nevia and brother-in-law Rob Aucoin, aunt to Avery. Dear daughter-in-law of the late Elaine Owens (2006) & Ed Owens, Bill Ryan and wife Bonnie. Dear sister-in-law of Joseph Korenic and wife Heidi, aunt to Samantha, Michael, Mario, Sabrina and Bella. Beloved sister-in-law to Kim Ryan and Pierre, aunt to Taylor. Sister-in-law to Erica and husband Chuck White, Willy Ryan & Stacey, aunt to Cayden. She will be sadly missed by her faithfull puppy "Harry" who was always by her side. Cristina was an employee for 16 years with Ford Motor Company and a member of the Local 200. Through Cristina's life she touched many peoples lives and hearts. She had many friends who helped her through her illness and the family wishes to thank them from the bottom of their hearts. Recently a benefit was held for Cristina, the family would like to extend a heartfelt expression of gratitude to all those involved. Visitiing at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOMES LTD.(BANWELL CHAPEL) 11677 Tecumseh Road East on Friday September 10, 2010 from 2 to 5pm and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Services on Saturday September 11, 2010 at 11:00am in the chapel. Cremation to follow. Special thank you to the the staff and doctors at the Windsor Regional Cancer Clinic and the Hospice of Windsor for the dignity and respect to Cristina and our family.
