Obituary of Michael Francis McCloskey

McCLOSKEY, Michael Francis It is with heavy hearts that we express the passing of our beloved Michael on June 22, 2010 at the age of 73 years. Dear husband of Gail (Cherwak). Loving father of Laura Fletcher and husband Stephen, Sherry Fontana and husband Paul, and stepsons John Cherwak and wife Joyce, Rob Cherwak and wife Pam all of Windsor. Cherished grandfather of Emma, Melissa, Josie, Morgan and Caleb. Loving brother of Robert ( May 27, 2010 ) and wife Margaret, Tim McCloskey and wife Betty, Donna Manzerolle and husband Roger of New Brunswick, Diane Smith and husband Wayne of Georgia , Dennis McCloskey of Windsor, John McCloskey and wife Brenda of Brampton and predeceased by his sister Rosanne White and brother Joe McCloskey and survived by his wife Eva McCloskey. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Michael retired from Ford Motor Company and was a member of CAW Local 200. Visitation at the Windsor Chapel Funeral Home ( Banwell Chapel ) 11677 Tecumseh Rd East ( 519-253-7234) on Friday June 25th 2010 from 2 to 5 & 7 to 9 PM. Parish prayers Friday at 7:30 PM. Relatives & friends will be received on Saturday June 26th, 2010 at St. John Vianney Church ( 385 Dieppe St ) from 10:30 AM until time of Michael's funeral mass at 11:00 AM. Cremation to follow.
