Obituary of Kimberly Rose Margette Melanson

MELANSON, Kimberly R. M. May 26, 1962 ~ April 2, 2013 It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we said goodbye to an amazing daughter, sister, soul mate, mother, grandmother, and friend after battling cancer. Kim passed peacefully at home on April 2, 2013. Daughter to Veylete Major and Joe Melanson. Soul mate to Kevin Bagley. Mother to Martin and Skye Croft. Stepmother to Kelly and Amy Giasson. Loving sister to Larry, Brian, Cheryl, Marion, Samantha and Chris Rau and Joanna and Steve Fenton. Grandmother to Kalie, Hazel, Faith, Lexxi, Alice and Carlie and many nieces and nephews. Special friend to Lisa Prince, Matt Chauvin and Taylor Lalonde. And a special thank-you to Kim's nurse Ron (Bayshore). As per Kim's wishes there will be no service. Cremation is entrusted to WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. In lieu of floweres, donations can be made to Hospice of Windsor or Windsor Essex Cancer Centre with thanks from the family. A celebration of Kim's life will be held at a later date.
