HOOVER, Violet (nee Dragomir) Passed away on March 14, 2013 at Extendicare Southwood Lakes at 91 years of age. Cherished mother to Ed and Kelly Hoover, Ray and Ruby Hoover, Lynn and Dean Kendell, Colleen and Terry Norris, and Jim and Brigettia Hoover. Loving Grandmother of 11 and Great-Grandmother of 9.
