Obituary of Anna Markowski

MARKOWSKI, Anna Passed away peacefully after a courageous four month battle with lung cancer on April 26, 2020 at 73 years of age. Wife of Stanislaw Lukawski. Proud mother and best friend of David (Tayna) and the late Mark (June 20, 1993). Loving sister of Andrew Markowski and Wieslawa Matys. Predeceased by siblings Bolek Markowski and sister Luci Markowski. Loving aunt of Anna, Katherine, Karolina, Marian, Patrick and Martina. Family wish to extend a special thank you to Dawn from C.C.A.C, Dr. Thomas Burges and the entire staff of the palliative care unit of HDGH for their wonderful care and compassion, and the entire staff at Windsor Regional Cancer Centre. The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has instituted the following directive: "The new maximum number of people who can be at a funeral home at one time (not including staff) is 10 or fewer. This pertains to the entire funeral home."
