Fitzpatrick, Adam Michael August 12, 1988 - December 25, 2012 Passed away peacefully at home with his family at the age of 24 years, surrounded by love and admiration. Beloved son of Corey Fitzpatrick. Dear son of Paul Fitzpatrick (Melody) Cherished brother of David (Natalie), Evan (Jessica) and Lili. Dear grandson of Marilyn and George MacKay of Sudbury, and Trudy and Clayton Fitzpatrick of Windsor. Adam will be missed dearly by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and furry friend Karman. Many thanks to Dr. Ken Schneider, Dr. Gordon Giddings, Rita DiBiase, the amazing nurses of Windsor Regional Hospital 4W Oncology, the compassionate nurses of St. Elizabeth, Dr. Jim Gall and the nurses of Hospice Windsor, Nancy Hannon and Brianne Thompson. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Saturday December 29, 2012 from 3-5 pm and from 7 pm until time of Tribute in the Chapel at 8:00 pm.
