Obituary of Robert "Bob" Langlois
73 years passed away suddenly on April 20, 2020. He is survived by his brother, Peter and wife Gloria Langlois. Beloved Uncle to David (Mary) Langlois, Beth (Alan) Thibert and Stephanie Langlois. Loving great Uncle to Sarah and Kate Thibert and Sydney, Isabella and Lucas Langlois. Following his retirement from the Windsor Separate School Board, he served for many years as a Pastoral Minister at Ste. Anne’s Parish, Tecumseh ON. He was a Board Member of Academie Ste. Cecile and he travelled world wide as a student recruiter. He was an accomplished musician, earning his Ph D. in music from the University of Michigan. He was the choir director at Holy Name of Mary Parish, Windsor, and Ste. Anne's Parish. He was a dedicated teacher of music, voice and piano at Academie Ste. Cecile. He influenced countless in the community and he will be greatly missed. A private service has been held with Interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. A memorial mass at Ste. Anne’s Parish to celebrate Bob’s life will be held at a later date.The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has instituted the following directive: “The new maximum number of people who can be at a funeral home at one time (not including staff) is 10 or fewer. This pertains to the entire funeral home.”
