Obituary of Frank Quint
Quint, Frank Always in our hearts Unexpectedly at home on November 27, 2012 at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of the late Rose, 2010 (nee Manherz). Loving father of Frank J. Quint and wife Caroline (Hubert); Joanne Johnson and friend Russ Reynolds; Gerry Quint and wife Brenda (Meloche); and Julie Worsley, all of Essex County. Loving grandfather to Eric and friend Amanda Adamec, Adam and Joy Johnson and friend Logan Austin, Joseph, Christian, and Lukas Quint; and Natalie Worsley and Olivia Quint. Loving great-grandfather to Joshua and Malina. Predeceased by his father, Mathias Quint (1967), his mother Eva Quint (1992), his father-in-law, Joseph Manherz (1959), his mother-in-law, Katherina (1989). Dear brother of Elizabeth Tellier (2000) and her late husbands Paul Tellier (1997), and Clifford Walton (1956); the late Anthony Quint (2006) and late wife Anne (2007). Dear brother-in-law of Julia Stiller and her late husband Joe (2011); Joe Manherz and wife Shirley; John Manherz and his late wife Mary Margarette (2012); Katherine Cowan and her late husband Wilfred (2011); Rudy Manherz and wife Maryann; Nick Manherz and wife Mary Lu; and the late Frank Manherz (1978) and his late wife Betty (2001). Very best lifelong friend with Andre Masse "Blackie" and wife Pat . Also special friend with Frank and Margaret Reidl, and his cousin Katie Quint. Many nieces and nephews will miss Uncle Frank. Frank was a lifelong active member of founding families of St. Michaels Roman Catholic Parish in Windsor. He was part of original altar servers when St Mike"s was first established at St Anthony"s Parish in 1949. He worked in Canada and U.S in warehouse management and transportation control and sales. He retired from Essex Public School Board. The family will receive friends on Friday, Nov 30, 2012 at Immaculate Heart/St. Michaels Roman Catholic Church (2153 Parkwood, South of Tecumseh Rd,. East) for visitation from 11:30 am until time of funeral mass to celebrate Frank"s life at 1 pm.. Cremation Burial with family at later date.
