Obituary of Jeka Vuckovic

VUCKOVIC, Jeka September 16, 1923 – April 23, 2020 Jeka Vuckovic, age 96, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2020. Beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Predeceased by her husband Djuro and daughter Smilja. She will be fondly remembered by her family and friends, son Savo, daughter Milica, grandchildren Radovan, Sinisa, Zeljka, Senka and Radovan. A special thanks to the wonderful staff at Heron Terrace for their care and compassion. A private service will be held on Monday, April 27, 2020, officiated by Father Vladimir Vranic of Gracanica Serbian Orthodox Church. The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has instituted the following directive: “The new maximum number of people who can be at a funeral home at one time (not including staff) is 10 or fewer. This pertains to the entire funeral home.”
