Obituary of Girolamo Bomben

BOMBEN, Girolamo "Gerry" November 4th 1928 to November 8th 2012 Passed away peacefully at the age of 84 on November 8th, 2012. He is survived by his wife Lisetta (Lisa) of 55 years and his children Nadia Marinelli (Rino), Lorrie Meloche (Roger), and Mark Bomben (Sera). Cherished Nonno of Lia, Anita, Olivia, and Ava. Loving son of the late Giuseppe and Anna Bomben. Dear brother of Clelia, Angela, Graziano, Valerio, Roberta, Adrianna, Calisto, predeceased by Tarcisio, Rita, Giorgio, and Silviana. He will be missed by many cousins, extended family and friends in Canada, the United States, and Italy. Special thanks to Dr. David Fisher and Dr. Martin Mcfarlane for their continued care and a special thanks to his friend Dr. Dean Favot. Also a special thank you to the staff at Hotel Dieu-Grace Hospital, Windsor Regional Hospital, and the Cancer Clinic for all the wonderful care he received over the past two years. Gerry was a proud business owner of Kuryla Motors Inc. and a long standing active member of the Fogolar Furlan Club. He will be missed. E. on Sunday, November 11, 2012 from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. Funeral Service on Monday, November 12, 2012 at 9:00 from the Funeral Home then to Corpus Christi Church for Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
