Obituary of George Jones

JONES, George Passed away October 27, 2012, at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital, at the age of 97 years. Beloved husband of 72 years to Janet (nee Latouf). Dearest father of Robert (Carol), Terry (Susan), and cherished grandfather of Kathryn. Survived by sister Emily "Toots" and predeceased by Margaret, Richard, Ernie, Bill and May. George retired after 48 years of dedicated service from Ford Motor Company and was active as an usher at St. Joseph The Worker Church. E., on Monday, October 29, 2012 from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m. Parish Prayers at 7:30 p.m. Relatives and friends are requested to meet Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Rd.) from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment at St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
