Czeslawa was born in Zamosc, Poland where she had to overcome many hardships including World War 2, which helped to create her drive for life and selfless personality. Her favourite hobbies included playing cards with friends, praying, cooking, Fish Friday restaurant outings, family gatherings, & watching Jeopardy & Wheel of Fortune. She volunteered with helping prepare food for the Polish Carousel and loved watching her grandkids perform on stage at the yearly Carousel of Nations. She is now able to join her best friends up in heaven for their first game of “pennies”. She will always be remembered for her kindhearted, loving personality. A very special thank you to the staff at Herron Terrace Long Term Care Home Meadows Point unit for making her final days as comfortable as possible. If so desired, donations in memory of Czeslawa may be made to the Alzheimer’s society or Holy Trinity Parish. Czeslawa will be remembered privately at Windsor Chapel, 519-254-7234 (1700 Tecumseh Rd. East) and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Private interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has instituted the following directive: “The new maximum number of people who can be at a funeral home at one time (not including staff) is 10 or fewer.
