Obituary of Emile Khalil Nakhle
“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.”<br/>“Lift up your heart and share with me- God wanted me now, God set me free.” <br/><br/>It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of our dear Emile. <br/>Emile Nakhle, age 77, of Windsor Ontario, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2020. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Jeanette Mehanna Nakhle.<br/>Forever cherished by his children Khalil and Louana, Sanaa and Georges, Charbel and Magdalina and Michel. Emile will be dearly missed by his grandchildren Emile, Jean Claude, Marita, Emile, Peter, Carmella, Natasha, Christina and Joseph. He took great delight in his children and grandchildren and they will cherish fond memories of the devotion he had for them. <br/>Emile is survived by a large, loving family including brothers, sisters, and many nieces and nephews. He is survived by his brothers Elie Nakhle and Family, Edward Nakhle and Family, Tony Nakhle and Family, Assad Nakhle and Family, Edmond Nakhle and Family, Alfred Nakhle and Family and sisters Samira ElNaameh and Family, Josephine Nakhle and Mona Nassar and Family. <br/><br/>Due to the current circumstances, a private family service will be held. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date at St. Peter’s Catholic Maronite Church. <br/>Emile was deeply loved by many people, who we know would have wanted to pay their respects, to this wonderful man. However, we appreciate your understanding in respecting the distancing during this difficult situation and feel your love and compassion in our hearts. <br/>The family is grateful for the supportive care provided by Erie St Clair local health integration and Paramed. <br/><br/>The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has instituted the following directive: “The new maximum number of people who can be at a funeral home at one time (not including staff) is 10 or fewer. This pertains to the entire funeral home.”<br/><br/>
