I was shocked and saddened to read of Sherry's passing. Sherry was always a good friend to me and we shared many laughs while working together at Chrysler. As private a person as Sherry was, we both enjoyed talking about our families - all of you were so important in her life. You were her life. I felt like I was privileged to know all of you as she wasn't open with very many people. Shane and Krystle, she couldn't have been more proud of you and to see that she had the enjoyment of a grandchild made me very happy. I had the pleasure of giving a hi! to her mum every once in a while when they were on the phone together. She enjoyed leaving early to head over for a chat and maybe a glass of wine!! I really just wanted you to know that I have been thinking of your mum/daughter/sister/aunt all weekend, and will continue to remember the many happy times we had. My daughter, Katie, enjoyed Sherry coming into her hair salon and asked me to send her sympathies as well.. My daughter, Carolynn, and I would run into her at the mall quite often (especially at Chapters)and she was always so upbeat about whatever ailment she was dealing with. We both retired on the same day - I don't think either of us would have wanted to go on with a different cubicle partner!!! As you can see I have many thoughts going on in my mind about Sherry and just wanted you to know I would like to have paid my respects to you in person but know this is how Sherry would have wanted it. If there is any memorial in the future, please let me know. I would love to meet you all. Kathy Rivait
