Obituary of Erika Raulin

RAULIN, Erika Emma (nee Schoeler) With broken hearts and deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved and cherished wife, mother and Oma at 76 years after an all too short courageous battle with cancer. Devoted and beloved wife of Kurt, cherished mother of Dagmar and Karl, Gabrielle (1959), Cornelia and Randy Marko, Rainer, Ralf and Baerbel, and Roland and Jacqueline. Dear Oma of Brendan, Kirsten and Brittany Marko, and Charlotte Raulin. Also survived by relatives in her native home Bochum, Germany. Erika was a long-time loyal member of the Teutonia (Club) Verein and enjoyed many cultural events and social occasions. She was also a long-time member of Trinity Lutheran Church. A special thank-you to Erika's RN Ron and her PSW Brittany for all their care. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Thursday, March 15, 2012 from 7-9 p.m. A private Funeral Service will be held. Officiating Pastor Jack Dressler. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
