Obituary of Giuseppe Mollica

Mollica, Giuseppe "Joe" Peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends at the age of 81 years on March 3, 2012. Loving and devoted husband of Teresa for 59 years. Loving and cherished father of Louis and Maria of Windsor, Paul and Linda of Chatham, and Luci and Sam Kaddouh of Grosse Pointe Farms. Loving and adored Nonno Peppino of 10; Lisa and Ryan Daiber, Joe, Laura, Stephanie, and Michael Mollica, Kassandra and Jacqueline Mollica, and Yasmeen and A.J. Kaddouh. Dearest brother to Oliva Ignagni, and predeceased by 7 siblings. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins in Canada, the U.S. and Italy. Will also be missed by his grandpups Daisey and Bella. Joe will always be remembered for his love of gardening, music, his sense of humour, and his homemade prosciutto and wine. We will always cherish the times we shared with our father and nonno at the family cottage and during family gatherings. A special thanks to the staff at St. Elizabeth Health Care, especially James "Jimmy" and Tracey White for their wonderful care. Funeral Wednesday March 7, 2012 at 10:15 am. from the Funeral Home to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
