To The Bellak family; it is with great sadness that I learned yesterday of Marty's passing. I have known him for over 30 years. He was a great Union representative, teacher and friend. I am thankful for the time I spent working with him and for the knowledge and history he imparted to me, as I assumed many of his assignments when he retired. Whenever I need his assistance or advice ,he was there. The best memory I have is of how he spoke lovingly and proudly of his family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you to honor his memory.
