Obituary of Barbara Braunstein

BRAUNSTEIN, Barbara (nee Pollinger) Passed away peacefully on January 12, 2012 with her loving family by her side at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital at the age of 90 years. Reunited with her late husband Martin (2006). Loving mother of Franz Pollinger (1992). Beloved step-mother of Martin and wife Cathy of LaSalle, and Frank and wife Linda of St. Albert AB. Dear grandmother of Caron, Cathy, Tom, Lisa and Jennifer. Dear sister of Magdalena and husband Alois Durnbeck, the late Eva Pollinger, and the late Katharina Ackermann and husband Michael. Cherished aunt to Michael Ackermann and wife Mariette, Louis Durnbeck and friend Antonietta Luciani, and Richard Durnbeck. Will be missed by many cousins in Canada and Austria. Barbara was a member of the Catholic Women"s League. Special thank you to Rose Garden Villa 8th floor staff and Huron Lodge for the loving care they gave to Barbara.
