CHOUINARD, Paul Alfred Passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 17, 2011. Beloved husband of Jeanne (Nadeau) Chouinard. Loving father of Patricia Chouinard & Rick Roberts, Paul & Cheryl Chouinard, Duane & Wendy Chouinard, Yvonne Chouinard & Nishant Kakkar, and Joseph Chouinard. Proud grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Dear son of Cecile Chouinard & the late Alfred. Paul is survived by 3 sisters. Paul was a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus Council #11090 and was a past Grand Knight. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 from 2-5 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Knights of Columbus 3rd degree prayer service and Funeral Service to be held at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, in the Chapel.
