Obituary of Alba Piccinin

PICCININ, Alba December 18, 1924 - November 27, 2011 Dear wife of the late Ivo Piccinin (1999). Beloved mother of Dino whom she raised with great care and determination. Alba was the youngest of thirteen children of the late Maria and Giuseppe Zoratto. She is survived by sister-in-law Bruna Piccinin (late Mario), Elsa Piccinin (late Rino), Santa Treziani (late Mario), Nelida Zoratto (late Serafin) and brother-in-law Tony Piccinin (late Clara). Many nieces and nephews survive in Canada, Italy and Argentina. Alba was a member if the Caboto Italian Women's Club. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Thursday, November 30, 2011 at 10:15 a.m. from the funeral home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
