My husband and family as well as myself , share in the sad news of Jim’s passing . Our condolences to the Laub family and Jim’s family . He was my cousin and I have many memories of mostly our childhood years together. This is Easter week and one of my memories was during the Easter weekend especially on Easter Sunday when we would go to our Grandparents sometime after the Mass was over and the relatives would gather together in our Grandparents back yard for pictures around the beautiful Spring flowerbeds . Jim was just a young boy at the time and he had such a serious look on his face and about his demeanour. He could be so serious whenever he needed to . The Jimmu that I knew was full of smiles , laughs and boyish giggling and great sense of humour. We would all go upstairs at Grammas and get our Easter chocolates and new things to play with outside like yo-yos , rubber balls and games. He always enjoyed seeing me again no matter how long it had been inbetween those visits . Jim made an effort to come to every family event whether it was a celebration or funeral ... you could count on seeing him there for his caring and kind gestures. I now reminisce the past and how he was a part of my own life here ... and that is why I shall miss him but not without a loving memory of his presence . RIP cousin Jimmy✨
