We send our condolences to Teresa, Barbara and Leo on the loss of Riccardo, a husband and father who, symbolic of all hard-working immigrants, remained steadfast to his family, to his work ethic and to his beloved Furlan roots. Behind the success of his family was the supportive touch of a man who took care of his children and grandchildren. Behind the success of the Fogolar Furlan club was the his hidden work of maintenance, landscaping, and an inordinate amount of volunteerism, which was done with humility and generosity. And so, with sadness, we salute Riccardo, a reminder to us who, like so many others before him, remained faithful to his heritage and allowed it to prosper in the next generation. We hope that your spirit will continue to hover over Windsor and Vancouver and that 'a band of angels sing thee to thy rest'. P.S. Say hi to Emilio, Remo and Dante
