Obituary of Daniel Moore

MOORE, Daniel (Danny Sr.) Passed away peacefully at the age of 70 years, with his family by his side. Loving husband of 46 years to Helen (nee Drouillard). Dear father of Christopher & Mary, Daniel (Danny Jr.) & Mike, and Janis. Danny was born in Windsor April 15, 1941 to Harry (1993) and Kate (nee Grenik) (1973) Moore. Dearest Grampa of Zachary and Ethan - he thought the world of his wonderful grandsons. He will also be missed by his cat CJ who was his little baby, and his other little furry "grandchildren". He is survived by several brothers and sisters, Donald (Karen) of Minnesota, James (Pat) of Florence, Jean Lange (Norm) of Kitchener, Helen Roach (the late Earl) of Windsor, Pauline Wilder (Don Martin) of Windsor, Kathy Mineau (Ray) of Saskatchewan. Pre-deceased by Lily (1932), James Harry (1936) and Patrick (2007). Brother in-law to Maurice Drouillard and the late Beatrice Lessard (1989) & husband Edward, and Lynda Moore. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Danny was a former employee of Leppo Machine, Canadian Bridge Company and EverFresh Canada. He was a talented self taught musician and played several instruments including piano, guitar and violin. He played with bands at many local establishments and community centres.
