Obituary of Norma Leone Czilli

CZILLI, Norma Leone (nee Sway) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Norma, with family at her side, on May 11, 2011 at the age of 84 years. After the death of her husband, Edward Czilli in 1954, mom was left to raise four young children. Her strength, courage and Christian upbringing sustained her through the years. Cherished mom to Delores and John Maxim, Ed and Linda, Dave and Elaine and Maureen Czilli. Loving grandma to Derek (Jenn), Erin (Pete), Tiffany, Kyle and great-grandma to Isaac. Dear sister to Geraldine Neilson, Gladys Frenette (Marcel), Allan Sway (Leona) and sister-in-law to Dorothy Sway. Predeceased by her sister, Kathleen Sobanski (February 2011) and her brother, John Sway (December 2007). Mom loved knitting, crocheting and sewing; however, her greatest passion was music. Over the years she enjoyed the "Classics" performed by the Windsor Symphony Orchestra. A heartfelt thank you to all the nurses and doctors in the ICU, 4th and 5th floors at WRH and Malden Park Palliative Unit for their excellent care of mom. A private family graveside service has taken place at Victoria Memorial Cemetery officiated by Pastor Robert Voelker. Arrangements entrusted to WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (519-253-7234) .
