PITTAO, David Peacefully passed away surrounded by his family"s love on April 18, 2011 at the age of 71 years. Loving husband of Ingrid sharing 48 years of marriage. Devoted daddy to Christina Mailloux & husband Kenny, Barbara Spratt & husband Randy and Rachel Pittao & Tony Attieh. Adoring nonno to Lyndsey & Maeghan Spratt. Dear brother of John & Joanne Pittao, Gino &Eleanor Pittao, Ray & Jean Pittao, Gerry & Karen Pittao, Ivan & Pierina Pittao, Sue & Sandor Kapasi and Nanci Sbrocca. Reunited with his loving parents Ida & Pietro, sister Alietta and mother & father in law Ewald & Lina Lamprecht. Beloved zio to many nieces & nephews. It is with much love & gratitude that we thank Harry from CCAC at Hotel Dieu Hospital - for all of your efforts in making sure David got home so quickly, St. Elizabeth Health Care - PSW"S June, Harriet, Nicki and Teresa ; Nurses - Michelle, Stephanie, Kevin, Kendra and Sarah, and to David"s Special Angels Oneida, Eleanor and Tazdia your compassionate care will never be forgotten. Very special cousin to Elizabeth Temporal & Colleen Callegari. Dear friend to Paul Brisebois . David was a long time member of the Fogolar Furlan Club, former employee of Chrysler Canada and the proud owner & proprietor of David Pittao Electric for many years. Relatives and friends are invited to join in the Celebration of David"s Life on Tuesday April 26, 2011 at Corpus Christi Church ( 1400 Cabana Rd W. ) on 9:30 AM until time of the Mass of the Resurrection at 10:30 AM. Entombment Heavenly Rest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Italian Canadian HandiCAPABLE Association or to Malden Park Palliative Care Unit ( envelopes available at the funeral home).
