Obituary of Antun Grguric

GRGURIC, Antun Passed peacefully in his sleep on April 8, 2011 with his daughter by his side. Reunited with his beloved wife Matilda (nee Frkovic) (2000). Adored father to Sanja McKinnon and husband David, and predeceased by son Drazen (1963). Cherished "Dida" to Shane Lucia, Skyler Grace and Sinclair Tilly. He will be sadly missed by his fishing buddies. A heartfelt thank you to the staff and Chaplain on 7 West at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital for the compassionate care provided to Antun and his family. Antun was retired from Chrysler Canada and a member of CAW Local 444, St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church and a 3rd Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus, Kardinal A. Stepinac, Council #11774 and a 4th Degree Member of the Fr. Alphonse Kerckhaert Assembly. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Monday April 11, 2011 from 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers at 8:00 p.m., followed by K of C Prayers and 4th Degree Presentation of the Chalice at 8:15 p.m. Funeral Services on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. from the Funeral Home then to St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church for Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Anne's Cemetery, Tecumseh.
