Dear Elaine Vic was Charlie's favourite uncle and my favourite inlaw. It was indeed my pleasure to have known such a fine gentleman as Vic. He was always very kind to me. His sense of humour was reknown. Charlie said he wished he had half the charm of his beloved Uncle Vic-he also said that Vic showed him what a real man was-a true gentleman. The world is a colder place without Vic's smile..Charlie will be so delighted to see Uncle Vic again. Millie
