Obituary of Margaret Mary Fader

FADER-Margaret (Nee Durocher) August 17, 1932- January 22, 2011 Loving wife of 57 years of Gerald Fader. Dear mother of Chuck, David, Mary-Jo and husband Barry Prieur and Carol. Loving grandmother of Terran, Bobby, Aaron, Jeremy, Kyle, Darrin, Robyn, Sami Jo, and Caitlin. Great-grandmother of Hannah Leyton Margaret. Daughter of Samuel and Leocade Durocher. Dear sister of Annette and husband Fred Barth, Alene and husband Greg Rivard and predeceased by brother Charles. Sister-in-law to Joan Ross, Judy Fader, Guy and Mary Lou Fader, Eleanor Fader, Sheila Fader and Mark and Pauline Fader. Margaret is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Margaret enjoyed planning, preparing and hosting culinary feasts for her large circle of friends. Her musical talents were expressed as a choir director at St. Patrick's Church for 45 years. She began the Gross Motor Program at St. Patrick's School and co-ordinated the parents volunteer program. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, (Main Chapel) 253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Monday, January 24, 2011 from 7 - 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m. Prayers Tuesday at 8 p.m. Relatives and friends are will be received on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Holy Name of Mary Church (711 McEwan Ave.) at 10 a.m.until 10:50am for the Liturgy of Farwell followed by Mass of the Resurrection at 11 a.m. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
