Obituary of Philip Joseph Brunet
BRUNET, Philip Joseph Passed away peacefully at Huron Lodge Home For Seniors on January 10, 2011 at the age of 88 years. Re-united with his loving wife Ursula (nee Diemer) (2006). Brother to Dorothy Desjardins - Windsor, Margaret Paul - Redford Twp., MI, Bella Leger - Charlettown, P.E.I. and Veronica Sarafin - Windsor. Brother-in-law of Madeline and husband George Diesbourg and the late Jeremiah Diemer and surviving wife Lucille. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Philip, along with his wife Ursula, were longtime members of Sacred Heart Church on Ottawa Street. He was a retiree of Chrysler Canada. He was also a member of the K of C Council 1453 for over 39 years and was a Veteran of W.W.II. Relatives and friends are requested to meet for visitation at Immaculate Heart Church (2153 Parkwood) on Monday, January 17, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
