We were so terribly sorry to hear that Reno has passed away. We are saddend at this news. Those that knew him well like me will attest to the fact he was one of the most thoughtful kindest persons you'd ever want to meet. It has been a pleasure to have been able to be a friend to Reno for the past 40 years. So much history between us, at GM, and I'll probably never forget the exciting moments that occured while our homes were being built. A truer more dedicated friend is hard to find. If you needed Reno for anything, he'd drop what ever it is he was doing to lend you a hand. That's the kind of guy he was. My life has been enrichened because of my friendship with Reno, and to list the things he's taught me over the years would take up so much space that I'd likely miss visitation if I got started listing them all. I don't mourn your death as much as I celebrate your entrance into heaven as you now sit with God and the angels and smile down upon us. I see donations to the heart and stroke foundation are requested.... I'm think that is because you had a heart of gold as it grew ten times it's size when ever you were asked for your help. I have sat here for a long time recalling our past encounters and I honestly cannot recall one time you ever let me down.... Always if I needed a helping hand you were the first to arrive. The world has lost a very caring and unselfish man to the heavens above. God has blessed you Reno for I know in my heart that you have touched the face of God. Please pray for us who remain behind that we can follow in your footsteps and be as gentle , loving and as kind as you were. Until we meet again my friend for I have always believed that ""If a man dies, shall he live again?" (Job 14:14), and another of my favorite passages is "Jesus said: "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live" (John 11:25). Reno I know you believed in Jesus Christ our Lord. We will be together again.... but not too soon if you don't mind okay? Your acts of kindness throughout your life or as I prefer to think of them as you were doing God's work here on earth have not gone unnoticed, and I have absolute faith in the fact that your soul has been saved and you are now amongst the angels and saints in heaven. Feel free to drop in on us once in a while .... My heart is always opened and I welcome you and all saints that can share a minute to visit with me. Until we meet again my friend, enjoy a painfree everlasting life. You have fulfilled God's purpose for you here on earth in exemplary fashion. I am confident you passed away a very proud man. I know I'm very proud of you and of all your accomplishments.
