Obituary of Anna Masaro

MASARO,Anna (nee Carabelli) Peacefully at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital on December 24, 2010 at the age of 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Ildo Masaro. Predeceased by her parents Marcello and Cristina Carabelli. Loving mother of Theresa Naccarato and husband Ron, Joseph Masaro, and Christine Rocca and husband Egidio. Cherished Nonna of Ronnie and wife Moi, Robert and wife Stephanie, Anne Marie, Jessica and husband Paul, and Joseph. Dear Bis Nonna of Gia. Dear sister of the late Ugo, Guilio, Theresa, Ortenilla, Ninetta,Fulvio, Amilcare, Maria, Gina and Bruno. Anna was the first organist of St. Angela Merici Church (1939) and a member of the Catholic Woman"s League of St. Angela Merici Church. Special thanks to CCAC and ParaMed for providing home care all these years. Also a special thank-you to her doctor, Frank Demarco for his excellent care, and for always making her laugh by calling her "Anna Banana". Visitation at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (Main Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519) 253-7234 on Tuesday December 28, 2010 from 2-5/7-9pm Prayers Tuesday at 730pm Funeral Service on Wed. December 29,2010 at 8:45 am from the funeral home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 am Entombment to follow at St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
